Privacy Notice — Model Application Form

By submitting Model Application form, you agree to the following:

Data we collect: name, age, height, city, Instagram handle, and the portfolio images you upload.

Why we collect it: to review your application, assess your suitability for THECREATIVE.SITE’s modelling opportunities, and contact you if you’re selected for an event or shoot.

Who can access it: only Karol Wojcik / THECREATIVE.SITE staff involved in reviewing applications. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it’s stored: your responses are collected and stored via Google Forms/Google Sheets, which is operated by Google and subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it: your application data is kept for [12 months] after submission, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights: under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting office@thecreative.site
